Flecustom provides multi-category flexible customization information, catalogs, design, and order collaboration. Available categories, processes, lead times, and pricing are as confirmed in orders and the merchant console.

Site content helps you understand products and workflows and does not promise specific business outcomes such as sales or profit.

Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Losses from credential misuse under your control are your responsibility.

Do not use the platform for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or security-harming activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.

Placing an order confirms your artwork, specs, and quantities. Delays or losses from incorrect, incomplete, or infringing materials you supply are your responsibility.

Payment, refund, and change rules follow the order page, contract, or console policies. Customized goods may follow special return rules where permitted by law.

Flecustom trademarks, copy, software, and layouts are protected. You must have rights or licenses for uploaded artwork; you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your materials.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable beyond legal requirements for force majeure, carrier issues, supply fluctuations, or delays caused by you; we will assist per applicable policies.
